Services
These are account services offered by RaidFight.
Those services are not donation rewards (or else “donations”) and shouldn’t be treated like those.
Prices are same to retail account services prices, considering also that playing on RaidFight is completely for free (while on retail you pay also a monthly subscription).
Services are not refundable. If a service is not delivered yet or not, you have no right to ask for refund.
Services are not tradable. In case you change your mind even though the service is not delivered yet, you have no right to trade the service for something else and claim a refund.
Character Name Change Service
Rules and Requirements
Please read the Character Name Change Service Rules and Requirements below before you purchase the service. All account services changes are final, so please keep that in mind before you apply one of them to a character.
- You are allowed to change a character’s name only once every three months.
- You must create a new character with the desired name in order to reserve the name. This character must stay at Level 1, and must be on the same account as the character who will be receiving the name change. The old name will be trasnfered to the new level 1 character. The old named character will be suspended, thus won’t be possible to use it ever again.
- The Level 1 character that is reserving the new name will be suspended after the name change, thus won’t be possible to use it ever again.
- Characters that have Hero status cannot change their name until they lose Hero status.

Rules and Requirements
Please read the Character Gender Change Service Rules and Requirements below before you purchase the service. All account services changes are final, so please keep that in mind before you apply one of them to a character.
- You may request to change a character’s gender as often as once a week.
- The Gender Change Service is not available for Kamael characters.
- When a character’s gender is changed, his or her hair style/color and face will be automatically set to type A.
- Some gender-specific accessories and items will not be equipable after the Gender Change Service is applied to a character.
