Since some items stopped being tradable on the last update, there was an issue with many of them left in alt chars and their WH.

Clan Hall clean up
I can't keep Clan Halls useless for dead or bot clans so I removed all clan halls which had leader inactive for 30 or more days.
A second chance to some players
There was some players who was banned for various reasons while playing on Sieghardt server which no longer exists. I removed all those bans and they are free to play on Bartz, under popular request.
Vote event, free for all!
Every 200 votes, the "Gift of Vitality" even will activate for 12 hours, free for all players, old and new!
New hardware
New hardware lacks SSD and has a better CPU (previous was W3520 @ 2.67 Ghz), plus what can't be seen in papers, is the upgraded connection.
Server transfer
On today's server restart at 10:50 UTC, server will stay down for 1-2 hours.
